There is a Josephine Elwood from Nova Scotia, age 18, working as a
nurse at Boston City Hospital in 1880. I don't know if this is the
Josephine who is a daughter in this family. The Josephine in this family is not the
Josephine Aylward who died in 1896 in Arlington, MA (Mass Register of
Deaths, 1896, 464:75.)
